01 Buying & Licensing
Can I use one theme on multiple websites?
Each licence is valid for one production website. If you need to use a theme across multiple client projects, the Extended Licence on ThemeForest covers that, or contact us for a multi-site bundle.
Do I get free updates?
Yes — every purchase includes lifetime updates. New WordPress versions, security patches and feature additions are all free, forever.
What's your refund policy?
If a theme has a critical bug we can't resolve, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase. Refunds aren't available for change-of-mind or "looks different on my site" cases — please check the live demo before buying.
02 Setup & Installation
How do I install the theme?
Download the .zip file from your account, then go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme in WordPress. Activate, and follow the setup wizard included with every theme.
Do I need any specific plugins?
Most themes work out-of-the-box with Gutenberg. For e-commerce features we use Easy Digital Downloads or WooCommerce; for forms we recommend Contact Form 7 or WPForms. Required plugins are listed on each theme page.
Will the theme work with my page builder?
Our themes are built block-first for Gutenberg. Most also work fine with Elementor and Beaver Builder, but page builder compatibility isn't our primary focus — check the theme documentation for specifics.
03 Support
How fast do you respond to support tickets?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday. Most tickets are resolved on the first reply. For agencies and high-traffic sites we offer SLA-backed priority support — get in touch.
Do you help with theme customisation?
Our standard support covers theme bugs and setup guidance. For paid customisation (custom layouts, branding, integrations) we offer a separate service — see the Services page.
Where do I find the documentation?
Each theme ships with a comprehensive PDF documentation. You can also browse our online docs at docs.steelthemes.com.
